The Melbourne and Sydney Wayfarers present our end-of-year concert, Beneath One Sky.

We are bound in our humanity by common experiences: joy, sorrow, love, grief. In the midst of all these emotions, humans across time and place have found the strength and resilience, from within and from each other, to hope.

The combining of the Melbourne and Sydney choirs for this concert illustrates the broader notion of coming together as a group, gathered and encompassed beneath the same sky.

Woven with threads forming a narrative journey through the human emotional landscape, this concert presents many well-loved Wayfarers classics, including traditional and diverse folk songs, contemporary choral arrangements, and pieces by Mozart, Stephen Taberner, and the Wayfarers’ own Judy Clingan and David Cassat.
