This immersive six-course degustation menu draws inspiration from his childhood in the vibrant streets of Dhaka and his travels through rural Bangladesh, including cherished memories of his grandmother's cooking.

Many Ogni Signature dishes (such as Goat Rezala, Prawn Malay Curry Maltagliati, and Jaam Chocolate) reflect Rashie's innovative approach, emphasizing a contemporary interpretation of Bengali flavors while showcasing his passion for smoky, fire-cooked cuisine.

His culinary philosophy revolves around balancing the five S's: salty, sour, spicy, sweet, and smoky.
