6:00 PM — Doors Open

The evening begins. Arrive early, settle in, order a cocktail and let the rhythm of the night start to build.

6:00 PM – 9:30 PM — Dinner Service

Take your seat and enjoy dinner at The Grand Room, from À La Carte dining to our pre-booked Premium Table and Grand Booth experiences.

8:30 PM — LATIDO COMES ALIVE

The lights go down and the rhythm goes up as DEL BARRIO takes the stage and the room comes alive with the sound and soul of Latin New York.

11:30 PM — Live Performance Concludes

The band may finish, but the night certainly doesn't. Stay on the floor — we're only changing gears.

11:30 PM – 12:30 AM — DJ & Dancing

The rhythm continues as our DJ takes over, keeping the Latin energy flowing and the dance floor alive. One last cocktail. One last dance.

1:00 AM — Buenas Noches
