Didgeridoo & Sacred Breath Sound Immersion

Sat 10 Oct 5pm - 6:30pm

Currimundi Hall, Sunshine-coast

Join Rufus for a deeply grounding evening of sound, stillness, and inner connection.

This is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and step away from the noise of daily life... to reconnect with yourself beneath the pressure, stories, and expectations.

Through the resonant sounds of didgeridoo, flute, drum, crystal bowl, vocals, and guided meditation, this immersive journey offers a space to gently soften, reflect, and return to what matters most.

Rather than promising quick fixes or escape, this experience is about creating space...

• Space for deep self-acceptance.

• Space for forgiveness of self and others.

• Space to practise non-judgement.

• Space to reconnect with the quiet wisdom, strength, and creator within.

Expect a calming and nourishing experience that may support you to:

• Settle the nervous system and calm the mind.

• Release stress and emotional heaviness.

• Cultivate self-awareness and inner clarity.

• Deepen compassion for yourself and others.

• Reconnect with presence, peace, and personal intention.

The didgeridoo forms the foundation of this journey, offering deep grounding tones, while a blend of sacred instruments and voice create an atmosphere designed to support reflection, rest, and reconnection.

Whether this is your first sound journey or you've shared this space before, you are welcome exactly as you are.

No pressure. No performance. No need to be anything other than human.

Your Host:

Rufus has been facilitating sound healing journeys, meditation, and transformational spaces for over 12 years, offering grounded experiences that blend sound, presence, and reflection.

His path with the didgeridoo has taken him across Australia, from community gatherings and retreats to larger festivals and events, including the 2018 Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony, Woodford Folk Festival and Uluru gatherings.

Drawing from lived experience, personal growth, and a deep respect for both sound and silence, Rufus creates spaces that are less about performance and more about authentic connection to self, community, and the deeper intelligence within.

This work is not about pretending to have all the answers... but about creating an environment where people can slow down enough to hear more of their own.
