At Westerberg High, Veronica Sawyer is an overlooked student who dreams of a better life. When the three popular but cruel Heathers take her in, she finally gains the status she wanted. The arrival of J.D., a mysterious teenage rebel, changes that path: he shows Veronica that becoming somebody can carry deadly consequences. Based on the film starring Winona Ryder and Christian Slater, this dark musical comedy follows popularity, violence and the pressures of high-school status through its soundtrack-driven story.
