New York-based Aussie expat guitarist and composer Dr Quentin Angus brings his new collaborative project, MSFS, to Australia and New Zealand in celebration of their forthcoming album, Time Cycles, ahead of its official release in 2027. Featuring New Zealand emcee Mazbou Q ('The Rap Scientist'), vocalist Zoe Sparks (USA), bassist Moto Fukushima (Japan / USA), drummer Kenneth Salters (USA), and guitarist / composer Quentin Angus (Australia), the ensemble unites artists from four countries in a vibrant exploration of contemporary jazz, hip-hop, and singer-songwriter influences.

Rather than showcasing a single voice, Time Cycles reflects the collective creative voices of the ensemble, with each member contributing to the compositions, arrangements, and artistic direction. The music blends improvisation, intricate rhythmic devices, ear-worm melodies, and powerful storytelling into an energetic live experience that bridges jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary songwriting.

Audiences can expect virtuosic musicianship, band interplay, and an engaging concert that is simultaneously adventurous, accessible and genre-defying. A limited pressing of Time Cycles on vinyl will be available exclusively at the shows on this tour.
