The 2026 Aspire Young Scriptwriters Program presents ‘FIRST DRAFT’ for our LAKES REGION students on Thursday 15 October 2026 at Warners Bay Theatre, baramayiba, located on Lake Street Warners Bay. There will be one performance at 6.00 pm.

First Draft is a staged reading of original short scripts by the Aspire Young Scriptwriters. Each writer has written a piece that will be performed by a cast of young actors from the Aspire program. The scripts range from the hilarious to the tragic to the absolute absurd. This is a fantastic opportunity to hear the voices of the next generation.
