Goat Yoga: Come cuddle play and laugh with our friendly goats, be guided by an experienced and professional yoga instructor and enjoy a cup of homemade chai and enjoy time with the Highland Cows

Welcome to our winter series of Goat Yoga.

Enjoy a fun and playful yoga class amongst the goats instructed by a qualified yoga teacher and health professional followed by a highland cow experience and home made chai

What to expect:

Goat Yoga:

You will be in the paddock with the goats and they will be free to interact with you, our goats are extremely friendly and will be up close and personal.

Highland Cow experience:

You will have the opportunity to meet our gentle, shaggy-haired beauties, offer them treats, take photos, and learn a little about their personalities and care and then we will finish with a cup of home made chai

Dates: All sessions will go from 10am - 12pm

About the instructor:

Lisa is a qualified exercise physiologist and diploma qualified yoga teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience who is insured and accredited and able to modify the class if you have special needs so that it is a space for all to enjoy

What to bring:

Your own yoga mat and a Keep Cup/Mug

Warm clothing and blanket

Arrival details:

Please arrive at 9:50am for an 10am start. Finish time 12:00pm

To be held at Luna Lodge Tasmania

When you arrive please look out for signs of where to park

Refund clause:

If the event cannot go ahead due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances you will be provided a refund

If you are unable to attend you can sell your ticket to a friend but due to limited numbers no refund will be provided

The event is suited to children ages 10 and over with close adult supervision. All attendees must hold a ticket
