Are the sessions free?
Yes, all sessions are free of charge.
When do I arrive for my General Admission session?
General Admission tickets are allocated to hourly sessions throughout the day. Please arrive at the start of your selected session to help us manage event capacity and ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
How many sessions can I book?
You can book one skin consultation, hair styling, makeup application and grooming service per person.
Can I attend without pre-booking a session?
You must have a valid general admission event ticket to enter the venue; however, these can also be booked at the door. If you’d like to enjoy a free makeup, hair styling, or skin session, we strongly recommend reserving in advance to secure your spot and avoid missing out.
What if all sessions are booked out?
There’s still so much to enjoy at the House of Worth! All guests can test, trial, and win L’Oréal Paris’ most loved, trusted, and innovative products throughout the weekend.
What if I’m running late to my session?
There is a 5-minute grace period; if you are late, we cannot guarantee your appointment.
Where is the nearest public transport?
Circular Quay is the closest public transport stop. There is a ferry, tram, light rail and bus stop. It’s a 5 minute walk from there to Bennelong Lawn.
Where can I park?
There is a Wilson car park by the Opera bar. Entry: 2A Macquarie Street
