AMELIA WINTER

Amelia Winter is a writer of fiction and criticism living in Naarm. Her work has been featured in HEAT, Meanjin, un Magazine and Action Spectacle. She is currently working on a novel.

ALI ALIZADEH

Ali Alizadeh's collections of poetry include Towards the End (Giramondo), Evental (Vagabond), Ashes in the Air (UQP), and Eyes in Times of War (Salt). He's an associate professor at Monash, currently researching philosophies of the will, subjectivity and Marx's class theory. Last year he organised the 'Young Marx Enigma' symposium for the Melbourne School of Continental Philosophy, and for the past two years he has been investigating Melbourne's DYI and community poetry scenes as part of an ARC funded DP project. He also loves horror and is, with Jason Jones, the host of the weekly horror podcast, Super Fun Scary Cast.

GRACE YEE

Grace Yee is the author of Chinese Fish (Giramondo, Aust; Akoya, UK), which won the Victorian Prize for Literature, the Victorian Premier's Literary Award for Poetry, and the Mary and Peter Biggs Award for Poetry at the Ockham New Zealand Book Awards. Her work has been widely published and anthologised across Australia and internationally, appearing in The Shanghai Literary Review, The Guardian, Heat, Meanjin, Evening Odessa (Ukraine), Poetry New Zealand Yearbook and Best of Australian Poems, among others. Awards include the Peter Steele Poetry Award, the Patricia Hackett Prize and a Creative Fellowship at the State Library Victoria. Her second collection, Joss: A History was published by Giramondo in June 2025, and longlisted for the Mary and Peter Biggs Award for Poetry, Ockham New Zealand Book Awards, and the Margaret and Colin Roderick Literary Award.

JEANINE LEANE

Jeanine Leane is a Wiradjuri writer, poet and essayist from southwest New South Wales. Her poetry, short stories, critique, and essays have been published in Australian Poetry Journal, Antipodes, Westerly, Cordite Review Overland and the Sydney Review of Books. She taught Creative Writing and Aboriginal Literature at the University of Melbourne from 2016 -2024. Jeanine’s collection of poetry, Gawimarra gathering (UQP 2024) won the 2025 Victorian Premier’s Literary Award for Poetry and was shortlisted for the Kenneth Slessor Prize at the NSW Literary Awards 2025.
