If you're looking for great reading recommendations, the Library Book Club is a good place to start.

Meeting on the last Thursday of each month in a meeting room at Te Kahu o Waipuna (entry from Wynen Street), librarians, readers and book lovers alike share their reviews on recently read books.

Each month has a theme to read to (or not!). Simply bring a book to recommend and enjoy listening to other member's reviews.

New members always welcome, with no need to register.
