WHAT WE’RE ABOUT

In a world where fashion moves faster than ever, The Wardrobe Collective offers a refreshing way to slow things down. Our curated indoor fashion markets bring the community together in a welcoming and inspiring space to sell, shop and discover quality pre-loved clothing. It is an opportunity to refresh your wardrobe affordably, connect with others and give beautiful garments a new story.

The venue includes change rooms, toilets, free nearby parking, plus coffee and baked goods available for purchase.

STALLHOLDER COST

• Stallholder ticket: $20 plus booking fee

• Stall sharing is welcome, with a maximum of two sellers per stall

• Your stall is secured once payment has been completed

RACKS AND HANGERS

Stallholders are welcome to bring their own racks and hangers.

A limited number of large, heavy-duty racks are available to hire for an additional $30. Each rack:

• Holds up to 150 kg

• Extends from 1.3 to 1.9 metres

• Includes a lower level for displaying shoes, bags and accessories

Only five hire racks are available. They will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so get in quickly if you would like to secure one.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Your stallholder fee contributes towards:

• Venue hire

• Public Liability Insurance

• Event advertising and printing

• Venue set-up and pack-down

• Cleaning after the event

• A trestle table upon request

SELLING AT THE MARKET

• Decorate your stall to reflect your style and create an inviting display that attracts buyers

• Make sure all items are clearly priced or labelled

• Keep your stall tidy, organised and safe throughout the event

• You may share your stall with one other seller

• Trestle tables are available free of charge upon request

• Change rooms and toilets are available onsite

• Free parking is available nearby

• Stallholders under 18 must be accompanied by a supervising parent or guardian

PAYMENTS

Stallholders are responsible for arranging their own payment methods.

If accepting cash, please bring enough change. A float of approximately $50 is recommended.

If accepting card or tap payments, please bring your own payment device. Other commonly used options include PayID, bank transfer and cash.

CANCELLATIONS

Your stall is secured once your stallholder ticket has been paid.

Cancellations made on or after 17 September are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your stall to another seller at any time. Simply email us with the new seller’s details so we can update the booking.

If The Wardrobe Collective cancels the event, your stallholder ticket fee will be refunded.

EVENT DAY TIMELINE

• Stallholder arrival and set-up from 8:30 am

• All stallholders must be ready by 9:30 am

• Doors open to shoppers from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

• Please do not begin packing up before 3:00 pm

• All pack-up must be completed by 4:00 pm

WHAT YOU CAN SELL

Stallholders may sell:

• Women’s, men’s and children’s clothing

• Shoes

• Handbags

• Belts, hats and sunglasses

• Jewellery and other fashion accessories

• Vintage pieces

• Pre-loved items

• New items with tags

All items must be clean, well presented and in good-quality condition. Thoughtfully arranged stalls with clearly priced items create the best shopping experience and can help attract more buyers.

INFORMATION FOR SHOPPERS

Everything you need to know before you visit:

• Entry is $2, with children entering free

• Cash and EFTPOS are accepted at the entrance

• The market is held indoors

• Coffee and baked goods are available for purchase

• Change rooms are provided

• Please bring your own shopping bag

• Bring cash and your phone or card, as there is no ATM onsite

• Individual stallholder payment options may vary

• Plenty of free parking is available nearby

• Dogs are not permitted inside, except registered service dogs.
