Prana is the root of Yantra Yoga.
Come and find out for yourself what it is that makes Yantra Yoga Union of Sun & Moon so special... what it is about it that makes it a unique ancillary to a path of understanding of one's own true nature, while at the same time cultivating excellent health and energetic harmony.
Mathew Long was authorised to teach Yantra Yoga by Dzogchen master Chogyal Namkhai Norbu, and he has 25 years teaching experience, regularly collaborating with his international teaching cohort to strengthen what he has to offer.
Mathew strongly prefers a direct, in-person, community-focused approach and offers the opportunity to make a connection and to proceed at whatever pace and capacity suits the individual. He is equipped with a wealth of training expertise and with ancillary practices such as the Respira breathing method developed by his teaching superior, Fabio Andrico, to support individual student needs.
Beyond the one-day Sunday Introductory workshop, Mathew also offers regular weekly drop-in sessions to support ongoing learning and practice.
