Adelaide Movement Conference returns with a new workshop series hosted in partnership with Adelaide Ballet.

This series of workshops is tied together to founder Alix Kuijpers current choreographic works, and showcases the incredible artists that are coming together to help Kuijpers create their choreographic worlds.

Inside 'i know the end' with Caroline De Wan: 1pm - 3pm @ Adelaide Ballet

This workshop will delve into the choreographic tools, key phrases and devices used in the creation of 'i know the end.' the choreographic work by Alix Kuijpers that recently presented at Goodwood Theatre and Studios. The workshop is led by leading artist Caroline De Wan who will guide participants through repertoire and improvisation.

Sharing Practice with Honey Stoové (VIC): 3:30 - 5:30pm @ Adelaide Ballet

We are excited to be joined by interstate artist Honey Stoové, who joins our community in Adelaide to participate in the creation of founder Alix Kuijpers' new work Horses in my Dreams. Honey Stoové is a Naarm-based artist with a performance practice spanning Australia, the United Kingdom, and Germany. Graduate from Northern School of Contemporary Dance in the UK, she has worked with companies across the UK including Imogen Reeve & Co, Mad Dogs Dance Theatre, and Eira Dance Theatre. In 2025, Honey moved to Berlin, Germany, where she had the pleasure of working with Johannes Wieland, deepening her improvisational and performance practice immensely. Since returning home, she has begun working with FLING Physical Theatre. Join Honey as she shares her practice in this special workshop.
