Lhari (Karma Tshering Wangchuk) is a Bhutanese photographer and illustrator whose work celebrates the beauty, complexity and creativity of Bhutanese culture. His book Lhari brings together bold street fashion, dreamy landscapes and rarely seen textiles – some familiar, some entirely new.

The exhibition held from 3 September until 28th September features highlights from the book, offering a fresh intimate portrait of Bhutan through Lari’s lens. It’s a work by and for the Bhutanese people – now shared with the world.

Join The Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Bhutan for New South Wales for a talk about Lhari and the exhibition.

Light refreshments served.

Proudly presented by Randwick City Council and The Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Bhutan for New South Wales
