This tour takes you inside our Messina Marrickville Factory, aka the source of every scoop. You’ll wander the factory floor, meet the machines doing the heavy lifting, and see how we make things like our gelato bases, dulce de leche and other incredibly delicious items from scratch.

You’ll also swing past the test kitchen and chocolate room, where the R&D team and chocolatiers experiment and create each and every one of our incredible products. Of course there will be plenty of examples being referenced and it would be rude not to let you taste them.
