Who Are You and Why Are You the Way You Are is an eight-week facilitated self-therapy course to discover what makes us who we are.
The clues hidden in our past help us understand our present and help shape a future with more choices and possibilities.
Based loosely on modern rites of passage and using circles, journaling and art, this is a deep dive into self-discovery.
Coursework includes personal history, mothers, fathers, femininity and masculinity, friendship, ancestry, emotion, childhood, self-awareness, and more.
We will be sharing in a confidential and private space with experienced facilitators Nathanael Hunter and Elena Lomo.
Note: If you have a diagnosis of PTSD, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder or narcissistic personality disorder, please seek advice from your mental health practitioner or GP before signing up.
