Thank you for being part of the Dove Bus Tour. Your support contributes to providing care and support for people living with life-limiting illness and their families, with all services provided at no cost.
Please note:
Event details, including arrival information, itinerary and any additional information, will be emailed to attendees before the event.
The Dove Bus Tour will proceed rain or shine.
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transport to and from our Meadowbank Shop, where the Dove Bus Tour begins and ends.
For safety reasons, the Dove Bus Tour is designed for adults and older teenagers (16+). We kindly ask that younger people do not attend.
While every effort will be made to ensure your safety and enjoyment, participation in the Dove Bus Tour is at your own risk.
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, pets are not permitted (with the exception of registered assistance dogs).
Smoking, vaping and alcohol are not permitted on the bus, inside our shops, or at The Terraces restaurant.
The tour bus is not wheelchair accessible. If you have specific accessibility requirements or questions, please contact us at marketing@dovehospice.org.nz before purchasing your ticket.
If you have any dietary requirements for high tea, please let us know by August 19th. While we will do our best to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee all requirements can be met.
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying Dove Hospice & Wellness before the event. The new attendee must provide their name and any relevant dietary or accessibility requirements prior to attending.
Booking fees charged at checkout are additional to the ticket price and are non-refundable.
Dove Hospice & Wellness reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, venues or timings if required due to circumstances beyond our control.
If Dove Hospice & Wellness needs to cancel the event, attendees will receive a refund of the ticket price. Booking fees charged at checkout will not be refunded.
