Ka’alele’au - “The Flight of the Navigator”

In the linage of Kahu Abraham Kawai’i & Ki’a’i Ho’okahi Weber

Ka’alele’au (aka flying) is the movement at the foundation of Kahuna Bodywork & a powerful practice of self discovery.

Developed by native born Hawaiian Kahuna Kahu Abraham Kawai’i, from ancient hula & martial arts, Ka’alele’au uses repetitive flowing figure eight style movements to teach the sacred principles of the Kahuna, principles that ensure a robust, steady & wholesome interaction with life.

Ka'alele'au is both a dance & a dynamic meditative practice utilising gestures similar to Qi Gong. It is adaptable to all ages & abilities.
