St Mary's Church, Sydney

Mozart’s Grand Partita

Join us at St Mary’s Church, North Sydney, for a special evening of music in support of Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) Australia.

Presented by Our Lady of the Way North Sydney parishioner, James D’Arcy, the concert will feature Mozart’s magnificent Grand Partita, one of Mozart’s most celebrated works for wind ensemble and famously featured in the film Amadeus.

Set in the beautiful St Mary’s Church, this one-hour concert offers an opportunity to enjoy extraordinary music while supporting the work of JRS Australia.

Supporting JRS Australia

JRS Australia accompanies, serves and advocates for people seeking asylum and refugees here in our local Sydney community, and around the world.

People seeking safety face many challenges along their journeys. In the spirit of welcome, JRS walks alongside people who often have nowhere else to go, offering a safe place of rest, belonging and community. JRS provides practical support, emergency relief, housing assistance, employment and leadership training, and community programs for families rebuilding their lives in Australia.

By attending this concert, you are helping support this work.

Come along for an evening of beautiful music and support a community working alongside people seeking safety to create a more welcoming Australia.
