Who will take the Sash this year? Join us for the biggest night of Bear NZ Week as New Zealand's finest bears take the stage, competing across a range of categories to see who has what it takes to claim the coveted title of Mr Bear New Zealand.

Expect fierce competition, charismatic personalities, and a showcase of everything that makes our community diverse, strong, and connected. This is more than a title — it's a celebration of the Bear community in all its glory, and one of the most entertaining nights on the calendar.

It's all for a great cause too: the pageant raises significant funds for charity and gives back to the wider community, with a huge range of raffle prizes up for grabs on the night — so bring plenty of casg and luck along with your cheer.

Free to attend — but please register here as it is a limited capacity venue.

Want to compete? If you've got what it takes to be a contestant, put your hand up — we'd love to have you on stage.

Come cheer on the contestants, raise a glass to charity, and be there the moment Mr Bear New Zealand 2026 is crowned.
