Join the Highlands Youth Hub for an exciting school holiday day trip to Nowra and discover the fun of creating pottery on a spinning wheel! Learn the basics of clay wheel throwing, get creative, and shape your own unique creation.
The day starts at the Youth Hub, where we will make our own takeaway lunch before hopping on the bus to Nowra for an exciting hands-on pottery experience!
Whether you’re new to pottery or already love being creative, this is your chance to spin, shape and create!

Meeting Point: Highlands Youth Hub (2a Park Rd, Bowral, NSW, 2576)
Bus Departure: 10:00 am sharp
Destination: The Kiln Pottery Studio Unit 27/17 Norfolk Ave, South Nowra NSW 2541, Australia
For young people aged 13-17 years. No pottery experience is needed - just bring your creativity and be ready to have fun!

👕 What to Wear
Clay can be messy! Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty.
📝 Consent & Registration
A parent or caregiver must provide consent by signing our Consent Form before the young person can attend.
If you are a new client, please also complete our Intake Form. All forms will be emailed to you after you book the ticket.
Please sign and return the Consent Form and Intake Form via email, or attend one of our centres to complete them in person:
Highlands Community Centre: 2 Mona Road, Bowral, NSW, 2576 (Open Monday - Thursday 9am - 4pm)
Youth Hub: 2A Park Road, Bowral, NSW, 2576 (Open Tuesday & Thursday 3.30pm - 6pm)
