Impressed Slab Cheese Platter Pottery Workshop
Join Ceramic Artist Simone Linder-Patton to make a ceramic centre piece that will adorn your party table for years to come.
Using a local stoneware clay body and either your favourite botanicals or lace patterns we will create impressed patterns onto a cheeseboard and two condiment bowls.
Pieces will be later dried, bisque and glaze fired and ready for collection usually within 4 weeks of the workshop date.
Suitable for all skill levels. Simone will take you through all of the stages in preparing the soft slabs, impressing the textured materials and forming the pieces.
Please note that with all ceramic wares there is a certain element of risk of failure however, Simone will do everything to ensure that your works survive the rigors of firing.
