"Breath is coming in... Breath is going out... "

This immersive evening is your invitation to relax, release, and return to yourself. Through circular, connected breathwork amidst a deeply resonant live soundscape, you’ll be guided inward to quiet your mind and calm your nervous system.

Facilitated by Traeh Song. Sound Journey by Lena Rae & Bruce Scanlon.

This experience is designed to be both beginner-friendly and deeply transformational.
⸻
What to Expect:
Part 1: Grounding into the space.

As you arrive, you’ll be greeted with your choice of cacao or blue lotus tea. We'll open our circle with connection exercises, intention setting and an introduction to circular connected breath techniques. (1 hour)

Part 2: Guided Breathwork with Live Sound Journey.

Lie back in your own nest and explore your circular connected breath, exquisitely supported by a live, multi-layered soundscape including crystal singing bowls, gongs & vocals. (90 minutes)
Part 3: Integration. Deep rest in Savasana, followed by guided Kirtan singing/chanting. Finish with a connective closing circle & grounding snacks. (1 hour)

You’ll be held by a curated live soundscape throughout your journey. Breathwork often opens the door to a wide range of somatic experiences—emotional release, deep rest, bliss, clarity, or a feeling of gentle reset. Come with curiosity, and let your body guide you.
