Surya Kriya

A yogic practice of tremendous antiquity — a series of 21 steps for health, wellbeing and complete inner wellbeing.

Surya Kriya is a potent yogic practice, designed as a holistic process for health, wellness, and complete inner wellbeing.

"Surya" means "sun," and "kriya" means "inner energy process."

Surya Kriya activates the solar plexus, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind. This strong foundation becomes the basis to explore higher dimensions of life.

Surya Kriya is a series of 21 steps, taught as a complete sequence with the correct method.

Surya Kriya learned properly once and practised on your own from then on.
