- Age & Identification
18+ Requirement: Entry is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years and over.
Valid ID: Patrons must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driver’s License, etc.) upon entry. Digital copies or "vouchers" are not accepted.
- Right of Refusal & Conduct
The "Vibe" Check: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any patron who is deemed overly intoxicated, under the influence of illegal substances, or acting in an aggressive or antisocial manner.
Consent & Respect: We operate a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Any form of non-consensual touching, verbal abuse, or discriminatory behaviour (homophobia, transphobia, racism, etc.) will result in immediate ejection without a refund and a potential permanent ban.
- Prohibited Items
To ensure the safety of all guests, the following are strictly prohibited:
Illegal substances and drug paraphernalia.
Outside food or beverages (including water bottles).
Weapons of any kind (including "prop" weapons for themed nights).
Professional cameras or recording equipment (unless pre-approved for press).
- Search Policy
Condition of Entry: By purchasing a ticket, patrons consent to a search of their person and belongings (bags, pockets) by our security team before entering the venue.
- Health & Safety
Strobe Lighting & Sound: Patrons acknowledge that the event may use strobe lighting, lasers, and high-decibel sound. Use of earplugs is recommended.
Medical Assistance: If you feel unwell or see someone in distress, you agree to notify a member of staff or security immediately.
- Media & Privacy
Crowd Release: By entering a NZPAH event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. This content may be used for promotional purposes on social media, websites, or future marketing.
Personal Privacy: Personal photography and video recording are strictly prohibited anywhere within the venue or during the event.
- Liability Waiver
Assumption of Risk: Patrons attend the event at their own risk. NZPAH and the venue are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
