Join us for this beautiful opportunity to take a break and have a moment for yourself in the tranquil setting of The Space - Whangarei, maybe in combination with a relaxing Sauna session in advance, through a separate booking @ The Space Whangarei.

Dyego and Dana will be guiding you through a 1 hour Soundscape designed to deeply relax and rejuvenate your system.

We will be working with the sounds of Crystal Bowls, Chimes, Tuning Forks, some of our houseplants, and our own homemade instruments.

Sounds can have a powerful impact on our body and mind. Their resonant tones invite us to slow down, soften mental activity, and reconnect with ourselves through listening and presence.

All you need to do is lie down and relax.

We are keeping numbers low so you have plenty of space to enjoy an immersive session.

Please bring:

something comfortable to lie on (like a camping mattress)

a pillow, and your favorite blanket

an eye mask or shawl, if you would like to cover your eyes

water

and a journal, for optional reflection or intention setting
