A wellbeing event for dads & male carers
You spend so much of your time caring for others. REFUEL is about taking some time to look after you.
Presented by Dads Speak in conjunction with Carer Gateway and The Benevolent Society, REFUEL is a dedicated wellbeing experience for dads and male carers supporting children, family members or loved ones with disability, autism or additional needs.
Held at 38° The Bathhouse, Bondi Beach, this evening is an opportunity to step away from the daily pressures of caring, slow down, recharge and connect with other men who understand the journey.
What to expect
REFUEL will include:
Bathhouse wellness experience
Hot and cold therapy
Sauna and steam
Sound and guided relaxation with Shane from Soul Flex
Connection with other dads and male carers
Food and light refreshments
A relaxed and supportive environment where you can simply switch off for a while
This isn’t about sitting in a room being told how to feel.
It’s about giving yourself permission to pause, breathe, recharge and fill your own cup.
Who is REFUEL for?
REFUEL is for:
Dads
Male carers
Men supporting children or loved ones with additional needs
Whether you come for the bathhouse experience, the guided relaxation, the opportunity to connect with other carers or simply because you need some time to yourself, this evening is for you.
