Join our 8-week Back to Foundations Jazz Course, designed for adults wanting to revisit the basics of jazz technique in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether you’re returning to dance, building confidence, or preparing to join our open Jazz Technique classes, this course focuses on strengthening your foundations at a comfortable pace.

Led by Maddie, you’ll develop:

• Stronger lines, pathways, and technique structure

• Flexibility, strength, and conditioning

• Coordination, musicality, and control

• Confidence in skills such as pirouettes, kicks, leaps, turns, and other jazz technique elements

This course is perfect for dancers wanting extra support and a slower-paced environment while improving their understanding of jazz technique.
