Stabbitha and the Knifey Wifeys launch their new album, 'Disgust', at Jive with supports from Newcastle heavy icons Boudicca and local newcomers Rosie and the Posies.

'Disgust' unapologetically yells at the everyday indignities and frustrations that wear us down. The album's subjects could be heavy but the results are unexpectedly uplifting, fast and universally capable of making people drive over the speed limit. Beneath the distortion lies a deeply personal exploration of womanhood, queerness, survival and loss.
