blanket

comfortable clothes

water bottle

journal if you like

Often during this special monthly event participants experience some beautiful activations.

In August

we had whales and dolphins just swim by seen by a participant sitting up

a rainbow out to sea during the entire sound healing and meditation

beautiful connections and conversations between all of us as we came together as a community to experience gratitude, a high vibrational energy, which was sent out into the world with love!

You never know what magic may unfold as we sit together.
