Due to the nature of this event and the use of individual headsets, TICKETS ARE STRICTLY LIMITED, and there will be NO DOOR SALES.

Please arrive at 4.30pm to allow time for headset collection, ensuring a prompt start at 5.00pm.

Don't forget to bring water, as there will be plenty of movement and dancing involved.

Please bring water and a chair or yoga mat if you wish to sit

We do not have food provided, so maybe bring a picnic or eat prior
