Begin the day with an introductory illustrated talk on botanical art and illustration before enjoying hands-on tuition in observational drawing and watercolour painting. Working from carefully selected New Zealand native and exotic plant specimens, you'll learn techniques for accurate drawing, colour mixing and painting while developing confidence in your own artistic style.

Led by a practising artist and award-winning teacher, this friendly and supportive workshop welcomes everyone, from complete beginners to experienced artists wishing to refine their skills.
