COME ALIVE has seen past festivals taking place at the National Museum of Australia, The National Portrait Gallery and Questacon, The Canberra Theatre Centre, The Mill Theatre and The Joe Woodward Theatre at Daramalan College. Its success is a testimony to the drive and vision of Artistic Director, Peter Wilkins. Schools are encouraged to lift expectations of their students to really feel the necessity of theatre as part of the cultural landscape in this country. COME ALIVE demands that art be an organic and authentic reflection of significant historical and cultural artifacts, events, happenings and experience as documented and exposed in our national institutions.
