Step into an unforgettable evening of mystery, glamour, community spirit and fundraising, all while helping make a real difference for people across West Auckland.
Hosted by Westie Witches Helping Hands, this special fundraising event will bring together supporters, local businesses, friends and members of our community for a night of entertainment, great food, fantastic prizes and plenty of Halloween atmosphere. Guests are encouraged to dress to impress and embrace the masquerade theme — a mask is a must!
The evening will be held at the beautiful Soljans Estate Winery in Kumeū, with festivities beginning at 7pm and continuing until late. Guests can enjoy finger food, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages, with a cash bar also available throughout the evening.
Keeping everyone entertained will be local Westie DJ Marcos from TEAMM Entertainment, bringing the music and helping keep the dance floor going throughout the night.
There is also around $2,000 worth of prizes up for grabs, generously donated by businesses that have come on board to support our work. Prizes include experiences, vouchers, gift cards and more. Special prizes include a Snowplanet Family 4-Hour Combo Pass valued at $304 for Best Mask, and a Ninja CREAMi Swirl Ice Cream Maker valued at over $400 for Best Dressed.
The fun doesn't stop there! Guests can take part in our Guess the Number of Jellybeans competition for just $1 per guess, as well as an onsite hamper raffle, giving everyone even more chances to walk away with something special.
Tickets are $80 per person, with a maximum capacity of only 180 guests, so numbers are strictly limited.
Most importantly, this event is about much more than having a great night out. It is a major fundraiser for Westie Witches Helping Hands, a grassroots West Auckland charity that has been supporting local people since 2020. We provide thoughtfully created food hampers, care packages and practical assistance to individuals and whānau experiencing hardship, while also recognising important occasions when people can otherwise feel forgotten.
Funds raised will help us continue this mahi and provide hampers and support through our ongoing relationships with Walsh Trust and Family Action, helping their teams support individuals and whānau within our community.
We are incredibly grateful to Soljans Estate Winery, DJ Marcos and the many local businesses that have donated prizes and supported this event. Their generosity means that coming along for a fantastic night also helps us continue helping others.
Dress up, put on your mask, bring your friends and join us for an evening of mystery, music, prizes, dancing and community spirit — all for a great local cause.
Together, we make a difference — one hamper at a time.
