This monthly workshop will include a different topic.

Session 1 - "Tree of Strength" - 23 February

Creating a tree that represents self – including values, dreams, hopes, desires, strengths, aspirations and supports.

Session 2 - "Express Yourself" - 23 March

Decorating a journal that can be used for art, personal reflections, quotes, diary entries, recipes, and other keepsakes. If time permits, creative activities to “kickstart” journalling practice.

Session 4 - "Time to Care" - 27 April

Designing a compassionate card/letter to self, which can be taken home or posted at a later date, with the aim of receiving it as a surprise.

Session 5 - "Colour My World" - 26 May

Choosing colours/images mindfully to decorate a paper lantern that represents letting go of the past and embracing new beginnings.
