The conversation every woman needs to have.
For generations, women have moved through some of the most significant transitions of their lives with far too little information, conversation or support.
It’s time we change that.
A Night for Women is an evening of film, education and connection, bringing women of all ages together to have a more open and empowering conversation about hormone health, and to better understand, reframe and celebrate the important rites of passage that touch every woman’s life.
At the heart of the evening is a screening of the first episode of the award-winning docu-series BALANCE: A Perimenopause Journey.
Confronted with the sudden onset of perimenopause, Jain monks Siddhali and Anubhuti set out to discover how to regain balance in their lives. But when they seek answers and safe treatment, they encounter a world of misinformation, prejudice and barriers preventing women from living full and healthy lives.
Their journey opens the door to a conversation that is long overdue.
Following the 48-minute screening, Clinical Nutritionist Sarah McLeish will join us for an educational talk exploring the role of nutrition in hormone health, with practical, actionable steps you can begin implementing now to nourish your body, support hormonal balance and feel your best through every stage of life.
Whether these transitions feel years away, you're experiencing them now, or you've already travelled through them, this conversation belongs to you.
Come to learn. Come to ask questions. Come to share what you know with the women in our community.
Most importantly, let's come together.
Women of every age are warmly welcomed and encouraged!
