Come make miso with Mika!

This hands-on workshop is part fermentation lesson, part tactile food experiment, part good time with beans and microbes. Mika will walk you through the miso-making process from start to finish—breaking down the basics while sharing tips and stories throughout the workshop.

You’ll mix, mash, and shape your own batch of miso to take home, learning how flavor develops over time and how to adapt the process to your own kitchen. Expect curiosity, a bit of mess, and plenty of tasting along the way.

No prior fermentation experience needed—just an interest in food, tradition, and letting time do some of the work.
