Written in, and inspired by, the moment, Event Poetry celebrates and gives homage to the event, spectacle, and emotions. It is the poetry of written thanks, of applause. This workshop will guide aspiring event poets in finding inspiration as it unfolds and weaving it into their feelings, observations, and imaginings.
