Why Attend?
Out From The Mist creates a platform where authentic stories of mental health challenges are shared to reduce discrimination and build understanding. If you have lived experience, support someone who does, or work in the mental health sector, this evening offers a meaningful opportunity to spark conversation and shift how we see mental health.
