2026 ~ Ritual Ground: Women's Circle, Cacao and Sharing

Thu 24 Sep 6pm - 9:15pm

Redhead Girl Guides Hall, Newcastle

Ritual Ground is a monthly women’s circle, a sacred space to pause, soften, and return to the wisdom within. Together we step out of the noise of daily life and into a slower rhythm, one rooted in presence, sisterhood, and ritual.

This is a space to land, to be witnessed, and to remember the beauty of gathering in intentional circle.

Each month includes:

🌿 Ceremonial cacao to open the heart

🎶 Singing to awaken voice and spirit

💗 Intimacy practices to deepen connection

🔥 Deep sharing in a held, supportive space

Please bring:

A journal and pen

A bottle of water

A medicine drum (if you have one)

A willingness to be present and open

Reading glasses if you need them

Important: Doors close at 6:25pm. To honour the integrity and safety of the space, late entry is not permitted. Refunds or transfers will not be issued for late arrivals, thank you for arriving on time and helping us hold this sacred container.

This circle is for women - a place to reconnect, reflect, and be held in community.

💫

✨ A Note on Ceremonial Cacao We’ll be sharing ceremonial-grade cacao during our gathering; a sacred plant medicine known for opening the heart, enhancing connection, and deepening presence. While cacao is generally safe and nourishing, it is a powerful plant ally, so I ask you to read the following guidance to ensure it’s supportive for your body and your journey.

🧡 Please be discerning and use only a very small amount of cacao if: You’re taking antidepressants, especially SSRIs or MAOIs; cacao may interact with these medications. If you are on heart medication; cacao is a gentle stimulant and can increase your heart rate and decrease blood pressure. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding; small sips are usually fine, but check with your care provider if unsure. If you are sensitive to caffeine; cacao contains theobromine, which has similar stimulating effects. You experience migraines; cacao can be a trigger for some. .

💧We recommend: Staying well hydrated. Please bring a bottle of water.

💫Trusting your intuition: if it doesn’t feel right for your body today, honour that. Even if you choose not to drink the cacao, you are absolutely welcome to be fully part of the ceremony and receive its medicine in your own way. The heart-opening happens in many forms. If you have any questions or health concerns, please reach out before the event. I want you to feel safe, supported, and held.
