About the Class 🪷
An inclusive class designed to welcome children of all abilities on their yoga journey.
Children will have fun learning yoga poses, how to recognise their emotions and how to use their breath to change how they are feeling in the moment.
The poses and movements we practice will incorporate cross body movements, brain-activation exercises and neuro-motor exercises which help children develop brain-hemisphere communication, bilateral coordination, refine motor skills and learn how to focus.
Helping little yogis start their yoga journey in a fun, friendly and supportive way, and, giving them tools to help on their journey through education and life 🧘♂️🧘♀️
About Me
I'm passionate about giving children the skills to recognise their own feelings, teaching them how to use yoga to feel good in their bodies through the use of asana and breathwork. I believe that in our fast-paced world it is more important than ever to hold space for children while teaching them the skills to self-regulate.
