You're invited to join international yoga teacher and holistic therapist Lara Zilibowitz for a deeply nurturing and illuminating journey inward - a joyous opportunity to connect to yourself intimately and authentically.

Through the gentle yet profound practices of somatic yin yoga and guided body-based meditation, you’ll be invited to soften into the raw, embodied truth of your present-moment experience. With the support of a blindfold, you will have the chance to quiet external distractions and truly awaken the senses to the magic and mystery within.

Together, we’ll cultivate the loving art of interoception - the ability to listen deeply to the language of the body in order to receive its messages; the unique flavours and textures and energies beneath the surface longing to be integrated back into the field of conscious awareness.

This healing journey concludes with a gentle art therapy integration, offering a creative, non-verbal way to express, process, and reflect on your experience. No artistic skill is needed - this is an intuitive exploration where the process is valued far more than the outcome.

This event is an invitation to slow down, deepen self-awareness, and experience the profound intelligence of the body through movement, meditation, and creativity.
