YOGA TOGETHER: PARENT & CHILD

Connection. Movement. Regulation.

For Children Aged 3-5 Years

Join us for a shared yoga experience designed especially for young children and their parent or carer.

This class creates space to slow down, move, connect and enjoy meaningful time together through yoga.

Through simple poses, breathing, movement and relaxation, children and parents explore yoga side by side in a way that feels supportive and enjoyable.

The class supports connection between parent and child while helping children develop body awareness, emotional regulation and focus.

No yoga experience is needed. Everything is guided step by step in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Suitable for children aged 3-5 years attending with one parent or carer.

ABOUT THE TEACHER

The class is led by Jaselle Lovisi, founder of Sydney Children’s Yoga.

Jaselle has been practising yoga since 2007 and teaching since 2011. She is a children’s yoga specialist, and a certified children’s yoga therapy specialist, with advanced training in therapeutic and meridian-based approaches that support children’s emotional regulation, body awareness and overall wellbeing.

Through Sydney Children’s Yoga, Jaselle delivers yoga programs for children in schools, early learning centres and family settings across Sydney.

Her approach draws on both traditional yoga practice and meridian-based principles to support children through movement, breath and relaxation in a calm, nurturing and developmentally appropriate way.

Spaces are limited to keep the class supportive for children and their grown-up.

Bookings are essential.
