Against the backdrop of Palliser's wine barrels, this breathtaking event will evolve throughout the evening with an exclusive performance by a large ensemble of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra. Alongside a stunning four course dinner prepared by Palliser chef Norka Mella Muñoz, and chef Nick Arnold from Trestle & Mortar, will be an evolution of beautifully crafted Palliser Estate wines.
