[Auckland CBD] Heart Resonance 3 Spring equinoxe

Sat 19 Sep 2:30am - 5pm

The Loft Yoga Lounge, Auckland

An afternoon of Cacao, Yin Yoga, Sound Journey & Shared Nourishment

Join Gitavali and Justin for a special gathering, an invitation to pause, reconnect, and consciously step into the next chapter of your journey.

The Equinox marks a moment of balance, when day and night meet before the light of spring begins to grow. It offers a beautiful opportunity to reflect on what has been nurtured through the quieter months, and to consciously create space for what is ready to emerge.

We will begin by sharing a Ceremonial Cacao, creating an intentional space to arrive, connect, and set a heartfelt intention for the journey ahead.

From there, Gitavali will guide a nourishing Yin Yoga practice. Through supported postures held in stillness, the body is invited to soften, release tension, and create space for deeper awareness and inner listening.

As the body settles, Justin will guide you into an immersive Sound Journey, weaving together the vibrations of didgeridoo, handpan, Native American flutes, shamanic drum, throat singing, chimes, sounds of nature, and live looping.

Comfortably lying down, you will be invited to rest, receive, and journey inward. The soundscape is designed to support deep relaxation, presence, emotional release, and nervous system restoration.

We will close the afternoon by sharing tea and nourishing snacks, allowing time to gently integrate the experience and connect in community.
