Want to learn more about how to make colour on fabric with flowers herbs local foraged leaves?

Then join us for an Eco Natural Dyeing Workshop.

Join Jo from Inside Jo. B to discover how to use home grown flowers, leaves from your neighbourhood and healing herbs, food scraps from your kitchen and household items to simple Naturally Dye fabric.

A playfully inspiring two and half hour workshop where Natural Dyeing basics will be shared on how to Bundle Eco Dye and create with plants and food, plus other natural materials.

All the raw materials and a Pure Silk Scarf 28 x 180cm will be provided to decorate in all natural delightful colours. Also digital notes with online support available after with Facebook group to share results and ask questions to other natural dyers .

Please reach out if you are vegan and want a cotton scarf instead. More scarves will be available to purchase if you want to create gifts for $20 each.

Feel free to bring your own local foraged materials, from your garden and neighbourhood to mark the silk.

We will also Eco Dye your own t-shirt/singlet or light cotton/linen pillow slip from home. (Natural fabrics only and pre-washed). If you want to bring your own fabric no bigger than 1/2 a meter thanks. Brewed natural dyes will be available to dip dye some pieces simple recipes from food waste, herbs and leafy rusty metals so much to share.

A hot cafe beverage (Coffee, Matcha, Hot Chocolates, Turmeric Latte, Sticky Chai or Tea) and cake and or pastry as part of the offerings are available for all participants.
