Bach in the Dark - music for cello and accordion

Fri 23 Oct 7pm - 8:15pm

St. James Church Crypt, Sydney

To finish the 2026 season, Rachel is delighted to be playing with her ‘musical brother’, accordion-playing-superstar, Anthony Schulz! (Even though Anthony has relocated to Canada he’s come back to play – how lucky we all are!!)

The two friends will play music by Bach, music inspired by Bach (written just for them by composer Richard Charlton), music attributed to Bach (but really wasn’t written by him at all), and some songs and dances from around the world – taking you from Spain, France, Brazil and then back to Australia.

Get ready for a night full of music that will make you smile, get your toes tapping, make your heart beat slower (at times!), and make you want to join in singing! It’ll be a night of musical celebration!

Want to hear what Rachel and Anthony sound like? Just go here…
