Join a circle of (eco)somatic enquiry
Centre your sensory ground within the tidal pull of daily demands.
Cultivate embodied awareness through a mix of experiential anatomy, touch, and guided movement.
Sense yourself as a complex, collaborative and wondrous living system.
Feed your capacity for membranous discernment, generative relationship and sustaining action.
Restore a felt sense of belonging to the earth and restory the reciprocity and entanglement between inner and outer worlds.
How might our moving bring us home to the places we live?
A series of ten monthly sessions
A series of ten monthly (eco)somatic Saturday afternoons, on the fourth Saturday of each month from 23 May 2026 until the 27 March 2027 (excluding December 2026). Book for one or multiple Saturdays at a time. In our May session we will explore how we make/break/tend contact - with ourselves, each other and the ground beneath our feet. Themes for subsequent sessions will be shaped in response to our shared enquiry.
The (eco) and the somatic
I’ve put a bracket around the (eco) part of ecosomatic to indicate that this series takes place indoors with a focus on cultivating and exploring our embodied awareness. An outdoor series is coming soon.
What to bring
Wear clothes for moving. We will spend time sitting and lying. Bring a note book (and anything you like to write and draw with) and what you need to be comfortable on the wooden floor (cushion, blanket, mat etc).
