Embodied Alchemy
A Women's Somatic Circle Overlooking Coogee Beach
You were never meant to come home through the mind alone.
There is a knowing that lives lower than thought. In the belly. In the breath. In the bones.
Quiet. Steady. Patient. Waiting for you to turn toward it.
Embodied Alchemy is a circle of women held above the ocean at Coogee, as the light goes long over the water and the day lets go of itself.
We soften the armour. We let the body speak first. We stay for what it has been holding all along.
In a world that teaches you to override, to perform, to push through — this is the invitation to stop.
To let your body lead. To honour your own rhythm. To feel at home, again, inside your own skin. To begin learning the language your body has been speaking to you in sensation, in emotion, in the tightening and the softening you have spent years talking yourself out of.
What moves through the night
Arriving. A grounding ritual to help you land — ocean in view, feet on the ground, nowhere else to be.
Cacao. A ceremonial cup to warm the chest and hold your intention for the evening.
Movement. A guided somatic journey through your inner landscape. Slow, intuitive, always in choice. Nothing forced, nothing performed.
Breath. Gentle and settling. Enough to bring you further in, never enough to push you out.
Drum. Rhythm older than language. Something the body recognises long before the mind catches up.
Sound. Tibetan bowl and voice, held over you while you rest.
Stillness. Time to let it settle. The integration is not an afterthought — it is the work.
Circle. The medicine of sitting with sisters. To speak, to be witnessed, to be met in your full human truth without anyone reaching to fix you.
This is not about fixing.
It is about listening. To sensation. To breath. To the quiet parts of you that have been waiting a long time for your attention.
You will be invited into interoception — the felt sense of your own inner signals, the yes and the no your body offers before your mouth catches up. You will be guided to move at your own pace, always in choice, with reverence for what is already in you.

Before you book
You'll be asked a few short questions when you register. They help me hold the space well and make sure the evening is right for you. If anything in your answers means this isn't the right circle for you right now, I'll be in touch personally.
Cacao is a mild stimulant. If you're pregnant, taking antidepressants or heart medication, or you'd simply rather not, let me know when you book and there'll be a warm herbal alternative waiting for you.
This circle is somatic education and facilitation. It is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
For the woman who is ready to stop rushing. For the woman who is learning to feel again. For the woman who is remembering her body not as a burden, but as a portal.
Let this be your return. To your rhythm. To your knowing. To the medicine that lives in your bones.
If something stirred while you were reading this, come. I would be honoured to meet you in the circle.
